All 30 MLB teams will take to the field next week to start a brand new season of baseball and in the National League there should be some intriguing battles for a title in all three divisions. To get you ready for all of the action BetAnySports has released a full set of futures odds for division titles, league titles as well as betting odds to win this year World Series.

National League East Futures

Starting in the NL East, it appears to be a two-way race between last season’s division winner Atlanta and a resurgent Washington Nationals’ team that seems poised for a return to the postseason after a one-year hiatus. The Braves won the East last season with an overall record of 96-66 which was 10 games better than Washington, but preseason pitching concerns have them listed as +160 second favorites to repeat as champs. The Nationals have all the tools in place to claim this year’s title as -175 favorites. BetAnySports as them pegged as +450 second- favorites to win the NL Pennant and +1050 third-favorites to win the World Series. Washington’s projected win total for the season has been set at 89.5 with a -130 moneyline on the OVER and a +110 line on the UNDER.

NL Central Futures

The NL Central remains a wide open race just as it was last season when St. Louis edged-out Pittsburgh and Cincinnati for the division title while the other two teams claimed both wildcard playoff spots. Heading into this season, the Cardinals are once again favored at -160 to win the Central with the Reds listed at +300 followed by the Pirates at +450. BetAnySports has set St. Louis tied with Washington as a +450 second-favorite to win the National League and as a +1050 third-favorite to win a world title. The Cardinals’ win total is set at 91.5 with an even moneyline of -110 either way.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are once again heavy favorites to win the NL West after claiming the title last year with a record of 92-70, which was 11 games better than Arizona. While they have not looked as sharp as they hoped to in the Cactus League this spring, the general consensus among the betting public and BetAnySports is that Los Angeles is still the team to beat this season. The Dodgers are favored across the board at -200 to win the West, +275 to win the league pennant and at +600 to win the World Series. The team most likely to stand in their way in the NL West is the San Francisco Giants at +350. They are projected to have the most wins in the NL at 94 with an even moneyline of -110 either way.
