The Boston Red Sox Defeat The Tigers And Head To The 2013 World Series
The Boston Red Sox will now head to The 2013 World Series to square off against The St Louis Cardinals. The Red Sox played almost flawless baseball last night in the 5-2 victory against The Detroit Tigers.
Junichi Tazawa played spectacular allowing no hits, no earned runs, and did not walk away any of The Detroit Tigers players. Shane Victorino played a big role in last nights games contributed a grand slam for The Red Sox Victory. Koji Uehara played the last inning and struck out two of The Tigers players but allowed one run.
When Shane Victorino hit a grand slam in the seventh inning, the grand slam was overwhelming for The Tigers who had the lead 2-1 up until that point.
