MLB 2015 Betting Futures
MLB 2015 Betting Futures, The San Francisco Giants may still be celebrating their thrilling 4-3 series victory against Kansas City in this year’s World Series, but every other MLB team is already working on how to win a world title in 2015. TopBet has also turned its attention to the future by releasing its early betting odds to win next season’s American League and National League Pennant as well as the 2015 World Series.

The World Series futures odds still point to a Los Angeles city matchup between the Angels and the Dodgers that never materialized this season. The Angels posted the best regular-season record in the Majors at 98-64, but they could not get even one more win a 3-0 series loss to the Royals in the ALDS. Their betting odds as favorites to win the AL Pennant next season are +475 and they are +900 third-favorites to win the 2015 World Series.

The Dodgers battled San Francisco all season long for the NL West title, but a late-season surge opened-up a six-game lead with a record of 94-68. Despite ending the regular season hot, Los Angeles cooled-off quickly in the postseason with a 3-1 series loss to St. Louis in the NLCS. Heading into a new year of baseball, the Dodgers are +350 favorites to win the NL Pennant and +700 favorites to win the World Series.

The second-favorite to win the American League in 2015 is Detroit at +550. This is another team that underperformed in relation to some lofty expectations with a 90-72 record in the regular season and an early exit in the playoffs by getting swept 3-0 by Baltimore in the ALDS. The Tigers’ odds to win the 2015 World Series are +1200, which are fourth-best on TopBet’s MLB betting futures list.

The Washington Nationals led the Majors in pitching last season with a 3.03 team ERA. While that helped lead to a NL East Division title with a record of 96-66, it did not help the Nationals in the playoffs. They went down in five games in the NLDS against the Giants. Washington is a +350 second-favorite to win next year’s NL Pennant and it has the second-best betting odds on the board to win it all at +800.

As far as the futures odds for the two teams that did play in this season’s World Series, the Giants are +600 third-favorites to once again win the NL and their odds to repeat as world champions are +1400. The Royals’ odds to recreate last season’s incredible run to an AL Pennant are +850 and their odds to win it all this time around are +1600. Top
