The Toronto Blue Jays closed-out the month of May by losing two of three games to Kansas City after reeling off nine straight wins, but they are starting to heat up again in the month of June with a three-game winning streak through Tuesday night’s action. They are now 35-24 on the year and holding a 4.5-game lead over Baltimore in the AL East. The Blue Jays have been solid no matter where they play with an 18-13 record at home complementing a 17-11 record on the road.

Detroit is hosting Toronto this week for three games. Its current losing streak reached three with a 5-3 loss in Game 1 of that series as a 142 favorite on BetAnySports’ closing MLB betting odds. The Tigers have gone 3-7 in their last 10 games, but they still hold a four-game lead over Chicago in the AL Central with an overall record of 31-23. The entire division remains bunched with last-place Minnesota just five games back.

The Oakland Athletics quickly emerged as the front runner in the AL West race with a strong start to the season and they continue to roll with the best record in the American League (36-22). Their 5-2 victory over the Yankees on Tuesday as 119 road favorites extended the A’s current winning streak to four games. They now hold a 5.5-game lead over Los Angeles in the division with Texas sitting six games back.

Before the season started the Atlanta Braves were BetAnySports’ favorite to repeat as NL East champs and so far they have lived up to the hype with a 31-26 record that has them on the top of the division by a game and a half over the surprising Miami Marlins. This whole division remains tight with the New York Mets boasting the only winning record in the last 10 games at 7-3. New York is 28-30 on the year and just 3.5 games out of the lead.

The Milwaukee Brewers have been the most surprising team in the Majors this season and they continue to set the pace in the NL Central with a five-game lead over St. Louis. The Brewers are coming off a 6-4 loss to Minnesota as 153 home favorites this past Tuesday to fall to 35-24 overall. The Cardinals have lost their last three games and they are now 3-7 in their last 10 outings.

San Francisco has the best record in baseball at 37-21 and it has added to its lead in the NL West with a 7-3 record in its last 10 games. Despite falling to Cincinnati 8-3 on Tuesday as 118 road underdogs, the Giants still have a seven-game lead over Los Angeles in the division. The Dodgers are two games above .500 at 31-29 and 5-5 in their last 10 games.
